Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our house is a swedish treehouse from 1946. It’s situated on a big, airy ground with lost of sun all day, toys for the kids and a nice chillzone.
Inside and out the house is toned in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The house is approximately 125m2 in basement, groundfloor and first floor. Regarding the groundfloor you’ll find entré and toilet (with a secondary bath) and kitchen with direct access to dining- and livingroom AND our garden. On the first floor we’ve got three rooms: “master bedroom” and the rooms of our two kids. In the basement you’ll find a guestroom with a max. sleepingcapacity of four. Furthermore there’s a second toilet and a bigger, relatively new bathroom.

By foot it only takes 10/15 minutes to get to the citycenter with cafés, shopping and supermarkets. You’ll also find urban beaches and cozy lakes with mountainbiketrails. Take you car and drive for 20 minutes up north, and you’ll get the rocky landscape of Bornholm with the 1000 year old castleruin Hammershus to discover. 20/30 minutes down south, and you have got access to the best beaches in northern Europe!
