Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
New house in a small beach resort. The house can be configured with 3 or 4 bedrooms. It is within Ride On! Beach House, a Boutique hotel with 10 rooms, Kitchen, Lounge, Yoga pad and Surfing school. We are on the front row with private path to the beach in Playa Guiones. South side next to Safari Surf school.

We are at the end of dead end road in Playa Guiones. We are on the beach with a private path in the south side in J section. It is arguably the best location possible. You can walk to everything from our location. It's quite but there's a lot of construction going on in town right now. Nosara is the fastest growing town in the WORLD.

Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules
Please wash feet and body with outdoors showers before entering the house. That way sand and mud does not end up every where. The cleaner comes in everyday for 5 hours except sundays.
