Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Located in Escazú, the best quarter of San José, Casa Tierra Magica is a bright, beautiful two story home with high speed internet. It is tastefully decorated and has many artistic touches. It has two outdoor terraces and plenty of living areas. We run it as Tierra Magica B&B and Art Studio for part of the year.
Situated within walking distance to the old town of Escazú, Casa Tierra Magica is close to restaurants, banks, supermarkets, bus stops and more. It is a 15 min. drive to downtown San Jose and 20 mins from the intl. airport. It offers an ideal starting point to explore the natural wonders of Costa Rica.
Costa Rica has become a prime destination for dental and medical tourism, and Escazú is home to the best doctors and dental clinics in the country.

From our house you can walk to several restaurants, to the Farmer's open market on Saturdays. The mountains with spectacular views are 8 min away by car, 10 min walk to a public pool. Short taxi ride to best malls in the country, movie theaters and best restaurants in the city. Many day tours are available: volcanoes, river rafting, canopy and more.
