Three full bathrooms - one with soaker tub, two with walk-in showers.
Master bedroom with ensuite and guest room / office on the main floor, bedroom with ensuite on the lower level.
Private deck with BBQ and patio table. Large, private back yard, flower and vegetable garden and beautiful trees.
Short walk to beaches (800 metres), cafes, groceries, play grounds. 4 km to downtown.

It's about 2 km to Cook Street Village from our home. There are good pubs and restaurants in the village. It is 800 meters to beautiful Gonzales Beach. There are also wonderful walking/cycling paths along the ocean front on Dallas Road.
