Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Open to both simultaneous and non simultaneous exchanges.
Located in beautiful Victoria British Columbia, a short ferry trip from Vancouver or Seattle. We live on the southern tip of Vancouver Island. Our home has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a den. The backyard is bordered by a ridge. We often see deer, rabbits and heaps of butterflies and humming birds. A short distance from us is a PGA golf course and Westin Hotel resort. Our home has a private, self contained suite with its own entrance and laundry. They would not be interacting with you. The person presently staying in the suite is a manager at the nearby Westin Resort Hotel

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
Beautiful ocean and mountain scenery. Fabulous views of Mt Baker in Washington state and the Olympic mountains. Buchart gardens are stunning, along with Victoria’s inner harbour that overlook the legislative buildings and fisherman’s Warf. Tired of being on land, take a whale watching tour. There’s so much to see and do here. Our Island is large, nearly 8 hours drive from the north to south. A short drive north of Victoria takes you to wineries, a little further is an 800 year old forest with gigantic trees and places to hike.
