Our large three bedroom duplex near Commercial Drive gives you to best of Vancouver - comfort in a spacious beautiful home on the corner of a quiet street right in the heart of one of Vancouver’s most vibrant neighbourhoods. A short walk brings you to cafes, restaurants, shops, and transit to take you to all spectacular Vancouver has to offer.

Our home has a large living room dining room area with stereo, Google home, TV with full cable & Netflix. Our fully stocked kitchen has new appliances and everything you need to make your own meals. A brand new washer/ drier is tucked away in a closet hallways and throughout the upstairs and downstairs new engineered walnut hardwood makes everything clean and cosy. Upstairs, three bedrooms are ready for five guests with a queen bed in the master, a double bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a single loft bed in the third bedroom. One upstairs bathroom has a shower and bath while the downstairs powder room has a sink/toilet.

Our garden/yard is lovely in spring & summer with a bbq and vegetables.

We’d prefer not to exchange our car but can offer bikes and bike share is close-by. We are also right on the bike path that takes you downtown in less than 20m.
