Centrally located on a quiet street, this is a restored, 100 year old, 4 storey, heritage home with antique furniture and modern appliances. It is a non-smoking, non-pet house with an attractive garden, 2 verandahs, and a sunroom.
Nearby is direct transit to the airport, downtown, harbour, UBC, BC Ferries, bus/train station. It is walking distance to shopping, parks, restaurants/pubs/coffee shops, markets, movie theatre and the Olympic village.

Our neighbourhood (known as Mount Pleasant) is walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and cafes, city and regional transportation facilities, as well as local parks, theaters and markets . It is a charming hundred year old suburb of Vancouver that has largely been restored over the past 30 years. By car, we are very close to the main access roads to regional attractions such as Squamish/Whistler, Victoria and Seattle.
