Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our 4 bedroom bungalow is located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood but also very close to the main attractions that Québec City has to offer. Old Quebec is of great historical and cultural interest, with its architecture, pedestrian streets and fortifications, a UNESCO World Heritage site. It offers easy access to a wide range of cultural activities, shows, restaurants, museums, the Québec Aquarium, the St. Lawrence River as well as breathtaking natural sites and tourism regions such as the Parc National de la Jacques-Cartier, Charlevoix, Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean and the Bas-St-Laurent.
French is the most commonly spoken language while most services can still be found in English. A car can be included in the exchange.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
We live in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood and are within walking distance from a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy and the St. Lawrence River Promenade – called la Promenade Champlain (which is also a bike path) and 12 minutes by car from the Old City (and the Château Frontenac).
We are conveniently located, 15 minutes away from the international airport, 5 minutes from inter-city bus and train service and of course city bus lines are nearby.
