Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Okanagan Lake, Skaha Lake, and Penticton city view.
5hrs drive to Vancouver, 6hrs to Banff.
Kettle Valley bike/walk trail is across our quiet no through street.
We are near golf, wineries, beaches, and the Okanagan River channel.
Wineries abound; we are on Sage Mesa, just 5 minutes to Penticton and 15 minutes to the Naramata Bench wineries.
We are both wildlife biologists -- if you'd like to see bighorn sheep, mountain goat, waterfowl or any other critter we can point you to them!
If you like to hike, we know many great trails and destinations.

We have the best neighbours! Sage Mesa is a semi-rural subdivision just five minutes from downtown Penticton. We have a large yard with a great view. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe -- people are friendly, helpful, and look after one another here!
