Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We have an exchange this summer, but willing to entertain a non- simultaneous exchange at the end of August 2023.
Level entry comfortable home, with fantastic ocean & mountain views; 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the main floor. Master bedroom with ensuite, king-size bed, wake to an ocean view. Second bedroom with queen bed and adjacent bathroom. Lovely garden; yard is frequented by deer, rabbits and a variety of birds.
Beach & waterfront parks are a short walk away. Kayak rentals in protected waters nearby. Golf courses nearby. Short trips to Victoria (Buchart Gardens, RBC Museum), Tofino-Ucluelet (hiking, surfing, whale watching), Gulf Islands (SaltSpring, Gabriola, Denman-Hornby) and ferry to Vancouver.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Quiet, family neighbour hood. It is a short walk to beaches and ocean parks. We have deer, rabbits, quail and a variety of birds that frequent the yard. Nanaimo is centrally located on Vancouver Island, for trips to the west coast (Tofino), north island (Telegraph Cove), and south island (Victoria).
