Our three storey house (2175 square feet w/ finished basement), recently constructed, with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and a wall bed in the basement. The kitchen has new cabinets, granite counters and big island seating four people. There is a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, a double bed in our daughter’s room and a twin bed in our son's room. The house is kid-friendly, with plenty of toys and books for kids up to 9 years old. Some of the other amenities include a projector, high speed internet connection, an office space, washer/dryer, a Yamaha 61 key portable keyboard and vegetables garden, swings and a parking space.

The house is 3 min walk from Rosemont subway (orange line), kids parks and in the heart of the city, beside a library and not far from Jean Talon market.
