We don't have words to thank Julie et Martin for all their help while we were in Canada. The house is very confortable, the pool and spa were a great gift after long days visiting Montreal. The location is perfect, near the metro and buses. It's a quiet area but within walking distance from the nice and lively Boulevard Fleury. We miss our days there!

The house in Montreal was very nice and clean. The garden pool is relaxing and great on hot days. The house is located in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood, accessible to the subway station, 6 blocks away. By car View Montreal is about 30 minutes away depending on Traffic. Julie was very responsive and accessible both prior and during our stay. The home guide was detailed and helpful. This was a great exchange!

Échange non-simultané déjà conclu pour 2023; mais si votre voyage concorde avec nos vacances d’été 2023; notre maison pourrait être disponible pour vous. Cependant, nous n’irons pas chez vous en 2023…Nous demeurons ouverts à des échanges non-simultanés pour 2024 et plus tard. Nous cherchons un endroit spécial pour 2024... afin de souligner nos 55 ans et nos 20 ans de vie de couple!
Notre maison vous attend! Grande maison dans Ahuntsic, sur l'île de Montréal! Beautiful Montréal home; north part of the Island. We already have a non simultaenous exchange for 2023; so we will not be travelling in summe 2023 but our house may be available for you depending on your dates and our vacations. We are open to consider offers non-simultaneous offer for 2024. Calm within the city! Our house is welcoming you! Notre chien, présent sur les photos, n'est pas présent pour les échanges...il loge chez grand-maman! ;-) No worries about our dog that you see on the pictures... he will be staying with grandma!

Le quartier Ahuntsic, sur l’île de Montréal, est parfait pour la détente en ville! Tout est à proximité: cafés, boulangeries, fromageries, fruiteries, pharmacies, restos, banques... We live in the neighbourhood of Ahuntsic, on the island of Montreal. 10 minutes from the Henri Bourassa subway station, 30 minutes from downtown; close to the highways if you want to visit the Laurentians... Everything is close: market place, restaurants, cafés, shops... quiet place close to all the action!
