Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
We are centrally located to visit all of Greater Moncton and Southern New Brunswick . We are 700 meters from a locally owned coffee shop Down East Coffee and 2 km to the Avenir Centre which is where Moncton hosts concerts and the local hockey and basketball games. Centennial Park is 1.5 km and is a hub of winter activity including cross country skiing and snowshoeing, (rentals available ) on lit trails.During the summer the park has tennis, lawn bowling, a public swimming area, a large playground and walking trails.
