Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our home is situated 5 minutes from walking/biking trails that follow the Thames River. We live in a quiet residential neighbourhood that's on the bus route to all parts of the city. Our back garden opens onto a green space with a new children's playground. Our home is a 10 minute drive to the University of Western Ontario. London has many cultural events, festivals, theatres, restaurants and excellent shopping (londontourism.ca) We are just a 40 min drive to Stratford, a lovely town known for its world class Shakespearean theatre (stratfordshakespearefestival.com)
We are an hour's drive from several provincial parks and freshwater beaches where summer theatre begins in May. (https://www.draytonentertainment.com) (http://thevpp.ca/)
Baseball, soccer, horseracing, car racing, swimming, hockey, tennis are available for visitors.
We're just 2 hrs drive to Toronto, Detroit, and 3 hrs to Niagara Falls.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our's is a quiet suburb of London with nearby parks, river trails, shopping mall
and Western University. Our property backs onto a green space with a new children's playground and basketball court) There are baseball and soccer fields near our property. Bicycle trails are accessed nearby that take you throughout the city. Our neighbours are very friendly and helpful. We're 20 minutes to the highway that leads to Toronto, Niagara or US.

Southwestern Ontario has many excellent summer theatre companies from May to October. The Stratford Shakespearean stage is just a 30 minute drive. London has summer music festivals every weekend.
