A large bungalow close to all amenities such as the train station, buses, grocery store, library, swimming pool, and a very large park. The home has 3 bedrooms upstairs, a large bathroom, living room, dinning room and kitchen. The basement as a large bedroom, office, living room and another bathroom. The house is completed with a lovely little garden with BBQ and fire pit.

Brentwood is a very quiet neighborhood, yet within walking distance of a lot of amenities. Grocery store, convenience store,library, swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, shopping mall, coffee shop, parks are withing walking distance of our home. The LRT (light Rail Transit) is also within walking distance from the house, allowing you to visit downtown Calgary without having to take a car. We are located in the north west of Calgary, therefore it is very easy to drive west towards the rocky mountains to hike, visit Banff, Lake Louise, Banff hot springs or Bragg Creek.

A 1h drive to Drumheller with once of bigger dinosaur museum in the world, Banff, Calaway park, Lake Louise, the Rocky mountains.

we have a couple of cat that will need to be taken care while we are away. They are very friendly cats. Please leave the house the way you found it. The house has 3 garbage (compost, recycling and landfill waste) please make sure you have emptied the waste before leaving. Plants will need watering indoor and outdoor.
