Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Hello, Our house is located in Red Deer, Ab, (pop. 100,000) we are 1.5 hours to Calgary and Edmonton. We are 2.5 hours from Banff/Sunshine/Lakelouise. Our house is a bungalow that backs onto a nice park space, we also have a large driveway and an AWD 2011 Toyota sienna Minivan, and 2015 GMC sierra truck. Our house was build in 1979 but has been extensively renovated.

Sylvan lake is 15 min away where you can Ice fish, snowmobile, walking distance to outdoor hockey rinks. You can x-country ski out are back gate.
Red Deer also has lots of shopping, and modern theaters, outdoor skating, tobogganing and there is a small ski hill 10 min away (Canyon ski area). It is a very prosperous city in the heart of the Alberta Oil & Gas industry.
The Red Deer Rebels hockey arena(The Centrium, WHL hockey)is right behind our house (5 min walk).
