It is a 05 minutes’ walk to the beach, 15 minutes’ walk to the heart of the city where you find even more restaurants and shops than in our neighbourhood.. With the car, you reach the motorway in 5 minutes. Railway station 20 minutes’ walk. Lots of restaurants and coffee bars in the area
