Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Cosy, sunny, light 2 stores house, central but quiet location with a tiny green garden, outdoor fireplace/pizza oven and kitchen with 5 pit Falcon stove and 3 ovens. Master bedroom with wooden bathtub and 2 kids rooms with extra bathroom. Extra double bed/couch in the living room. Nice quiet neighbourhood, but only 2 minutes from shops, public transport and the city centre of the beautiful medieval Ghent City.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
quiet neighbourhood near the station and shops (supermarket, night shops, local stores, 3 top bakery shops, great restaurants, etc). It takes a 5 minutes walk to visit the famous Campo Santo Cemetery. A 7 minutes ride with the bike to go to the nice sport complex of Rozenboeken Lago with large swimming recreational facilities and a great 1km Swedish runners track and several playgrounds for your kids. A 10 minutes walk brings you to the mediaval city center of Ghent.

the greatest Italian restaurant, La Busola is only 3 minutes walk. Wald, a nice place for healthy, local breakfast or lunch, Little Things, Clouds in My coffee, Alberte and Mokke are all new and high quality places. Walk to the cemetery Campo Santo or walk to the city centre to feel the rich cultural history of Ghent. Nice wine bars, theater, museums, top restaurants, ruins, churches, cozy bars with local bands, nice shopping streets etc.
