Nice neighbourhood, children and farmers, surrounded by fields with cows. Also the train is nearby.
Big playground 2 minutes walk, garden around the house.
Salzburg 20km, Hallein (nice small town) 10km, mountains and beautiful valleys reachable in 10-20 minutes by car or bike. A lot of different lakes 30-40 minutes drive away. Golling is a village, where you can find everything you need (cafe, restaurants, bakery, shops, supermarket...) 10 minutes walk.

SALZBURG, historic city, "Salzburger Festspiele" in summer, opera, theater and concerts. Salzburg is one of the capitals of classical music.
BLUNTAUTAL - a beautiful, idyllic valley with a green blue river and lake.
A lot of mountains and "austrian almen" in our surrounding, where you can go for a hike and get delicious austrian food.
