Our Home For Exchange

Description of the home we are offering for exchange

Hello from Vienna,

Capital cities for one week or a longer are always on our list!
or cultural European destinations that can be reached by train or plane from Vienna by not using a car every day.
London, Kopenhagen, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Madrid, Lissabon, etc.
or Dresden...

We are happy to answer all suggestion and mail. We've exchanged our 132 m2 flat with balcony for more than 10 years now...
Welcome to Vienna!

We are Andreas (54) and Nicole (47) (and sometimes Brigitte = Nicoles mother) from Vienna,
Homelink Members since 2004 and we have done about 20 exchanges so far.

Our home is a modern apartment (132 m2) with a long balcony (20m2) on top of a mid 19th century building in a residential district of Vienna. We live in the 3rd floor with elevator.
The Streetcar runs every 3-4 minutes infront of our house - the stop is 5 Minutes walk and will bring you to the Inner City, with many museums, and places worth to be seen. The bus to Schoenbrunn Castle etc. The inner railway is also 5 minutes away. (You do not hear them in the apartment!) Parking is only for inhabitants in Vienna. If you come by car, you ned to use a public parking garage like in many other european cities too.

Restaurants and shopping in walking distance.
A supermarket is in our house, bakery, etc. across the street
