Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
A cosy appartement (about 35m²) near to our private House. A living-sleeping room, with kitchen and separate bathroom (shower). In the living room is also a sofacouch for a thrid person. You have your own private terrace. We do have a nice garden and next to our place is a wood. It´s a quiet zone, but nearby you have the lake, shops, casino...
The appartement was totally renovated in 2019.

There´s a wood next to our place. It´s a very quiet zone, but within 15 minutes by foot you are in the center of Velden and at the lake. 5 Minutes by car. About 20 minutes to the next cities Villach and Klagenfurt. 30 minutes you need to reach Italy and Slovenia.
