Beautiful apartment overlooking Lake Ossiach. Houses 4 people, our home has a big garden. Next to bike trail and awesome abby church of Ossiach. Conveniently located between Villach (15 minute car ride) and Feldkirchen (15minute). Music Festival July and August in Ossiach (Carinthischer Sommer).

Sehr nette Nachbarn mit denen uns eine Freundschaft verbindet. Hinter unserem Haus befinden sich die Ossiacher Tauern, die 30km Wanderwege anbieten. Vor unserem Haus liegt der Ossiacher See. Um den See herum gibt es einen Radweg. Ossiach ist mit dem Fahrrad 7Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Dort gibt es auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, das schöne barocke Stift Ossiach sowie eine kleine feine Gastronomie.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
There are so many things to do in our area. You can ride your bike around the lake, go for a swim or sail/ windsurf. It's also great hiking area with great trails both mountain areas or just more relaxed hiking. Great restaurants invite to enjoy the local delicious cuisine. There are also tennis courts nearby and we have a table tennis set on our premises. - Ossiach is easy to reach and has little shops and nice restaurants.
