Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We offer a modern house situated in a small, friendly town in the center of Lower Austria, near Austrias most famous wine-growing district, the Wachau.
The house can accommodate up to 6 people.
A large room combines living room - dining room - kitchen, 1 play room, 1 home office (wireless LAN) and laundry room. The living room has french doors leading on to the terrace and the sitting area. If you like homemade pizza you are invited to use the original pizzaoven (outdoor). We have a garden with about 800 sqm.

Theatre, multiplex cinemas, sporting choices and excellent shopping are all on offer within a short distance at Krems and St.Pölten (Lower Austrians capital). 2 golf courses in 15km distance.
