Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We are experienced members with 13 home exchanges. The home is on a marina with stunning views, a heated pool, internal lift and modern appliances. This home has been fitted out to the highest standards to match the quality of the location. We have Netflix and a Sonos sound system.
We have finalized our overseas travel plans for 2018 but are looking for exchanges in Europe during March of 2019.
We also own a quality apartment on Magnetic Island which is managed by Peppers Blue on Blue. Our apartment is separately listed on Homelink. Where suitable we are happy to consider including both properties as part of an exchange.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our home is in a small gated community within the Townsville Breakwater Marina. It is in a prime position within 100 metres of a casino and also the ferry terminal giving access to our other listing which is a twenty minute ferry ride away. The home is also within walking distance of the CBD and the Strand beachside esplanade.
We cannot imagine a more central or convenient location for your Townsville home exchange experience.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
Our home is on the Marina in the CBD and next to the iconic Strand esplanade. You have shopping, tourist attractions and galleries all close by. The day trips to the Great Barrier Reef leave from our marina.
The entrance to the Ville Casino and Resort complex is less than 100 meters away. The Ville is a full casino with all the gambling tables and slot machines but if you are not a gambler perhaps you would like to take advantage of the different bars and restaurants available.
