Our Home For Exchange

Description of the home we are offering for exchange

Our Home is an almost new only 3 years old. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge area, dining room, undercover outdoor area with large table and chairs for 8, laundry, double garage, and a craft room outside. The garden area is attractive with artificial lawn and many plants. A shopping centre is a walk away, also a large park with lakes and playground. There are several other small towns in the vicinity about 5 minutes away by car, and our peninsular is surrounded by beaches for bathing, yachting, fishing, sightseeing etc. Our nearest large city is Geelong 20 minutes away. Melbourne by car is 2 hours away but a ferry trip across the bay is available which takes under 1 hour and runs morning and afternoon. Another Ferry trip of 1 hour, leaves from Point Lonsdale and across to the other side of Port Phillip Bay to Melbourne's holiday beaches. During the warmer months there are many local markets here selling fresh foods locally grown and craft goods. Our climate is mostly mild. Temperatures range from 30+ degrees in summer to 10 degrees in deep winter.
Come and walk along our pristine beaches and enjoy a coffee at our local shops, or visit the many wineries on our peninsular.
