We usually plan our O/seas travel to be away for a total of 3 mths every second year.

Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Situated on the Le Fevre Peninsula, North Haven is a beach-side suburb of Adelaide (pop 1.2 mil), approx 30 mins from the city centre. Only 10 mins to the historic Port of Adelaide. Our townhouse enjoys private water frontage in a sheltered marina setting with a 10 minute walk to one of Adelaide's pristine beaches. Public transport (bus, train) within easy walking distance. Adelaide is renowned as a wine and foodies paradise and is home to internationally renowned art & music festivals, Adelaide Festival of Arts (February /March) the Adelaide Fringe Festival February / March, Womadelaide in March ) to name a few. We enjoy a perfect Mediterranean climate with warm, dry summers and cool, wet winters along with beautiful fresh seasonal produce, and restaurants to match. Easy access to attractions (Kangaroo Island, Encounter Bay whale watching, vineyards, entrance to the Out -Back and Flinders Rangers)

Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules
Feeding for one lazy old Rag-Doll cat ( "Frankie") He belongs to next door, however we share his care.
He seems to have decided to adopt us and has taken up residence in our home for the most part.
We prefer non simultanous home exchanges, this gives us the opportunity to meet and greet visitors, we can spend a day or so getting them settled in before we go off in our camper van or yacht.
This system has worked very well for us as we do a lot of hospitality stays when travelling overseas in between home exchanges.
We have made many friends this way and it has added a very personal dimension to our travels.
Most of our plants are on automatic watering systems however during extreme hot weather may need extra attention.
Indoor plants do need watering.
We have two cars available.
