Fantastic place by the sea.
We enjoyed this fantastic place by the sea. Beautiful apartment with lovely balconies all around, a roof terrace where we could overlook the entire coast line. This place invites to make nice walks along the beach, looking at the surfers or a dive in the ocean, also bike rides along the coast. Moreover the shopping and restaurants nearby was brillant. North Burleigh was for us a fantastic place. Thank you Marg and Chris for this wonderful stay.

Description of the home we are offering for exchange
This 2 bedroom apartment located opposite Burleigh Beach is our second home. Burleigh is one of the best beaches on the Gold Coast and is great for surfing and swimming. Our apartment is on the 5th floor with lift access. The apartment enjoys all day sun in winter and in summer is cooled by sea breezes. It is 20 minutes from Coolangatta Airport.The area is full of coffee shops and great restaurants. North Burleigh Surf Club is located 500 metres away.
We are well travelled retired educators who are interested in non-simultaneous exchange. We are open to offers and will reply to all emails.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
From our apartment it is a short walk to shops and cafes and plenty of great restaurants. There are great bars and night spots and fabulous shops nearby in James Street The beautiful Burleigh Beach is across the road and is patrolled in 3 spots along the length of the beach. It is a great spot for swimming, surfing and walking. Nearby, there is a National Park with lovely walking tracks.
