Experienced exchanger: Ten International exchanges- UK -Bath, London, Somerset, Wales & Cambridge. France - Paris, Compiegne. Turkey - Bodrum, Italy- Lucca

In 2022 - June -July., I am interested in simultaneous or non-simultaneous exchanges internationally in Italy, Devon and the Lake District in the UK; domestically - the inner areas of Sydney, and North Queensland.

My home is in the small beachside pocket of South Golden Beach set within the Ocean Shores area - just 100 metres from the Pacific Ocean, the local cafe 'Mrs Birdy's', and the local playground/skate park and numerous bike tracks.

A shopping complex is 8 mins drive away at Ocean Shores. A world class golf course is just 8 mins away in Ocean Shores. The house is situated 30 mins from the Gold Coast Airport, 20 mins from the iconic town/beaches of Byron Bay, and the villages of Mullumbimby and Bangalow. It is very convenient for the annual 'Byron Blues and Roots Fest' venue, (15 mins) and 10 mins to the annual 'Falls' and 'Splendour in the Grass' music festival venues.

The house is a two storey 3 bedroom (1 queen bed in the main bedroom and an ensuite bathroom upstairs, 1 double in the second bedroom and two bunk type beds in the third room with main bathroom down stairs). There are 2 living areas one upstairs - with a large deck leading off it - and another downstairs with a small deck and kitchenette facilities. The house is equipped with all modern conveniences - wifi, dishwasher and laundry (washing machine and dryer) down stairs.
There is a single garage and a carpark in front of the garage so space for two cars and another car can also be parked at the back of the house accessed by a back lane (Jack Lane).

The house location is a short drive - 12 mins - to the township of Mullumbimby, 20 mins to the renown beaches of Byron Bay, 10 mins to Brunswick Heads and 60 mins from the Gold Coast (Queensland border) and just under 2hrs freeway drive hours to the centre of Brisbane . It is 50 mins from the International airport on the Gold Coast (one hour regular flights to Sydney, 1 1/2 hour flights to Melbourne and flights to all other states. The domestic airport at Ballina also offers interstate flight (40 mins away).

Wonderful walks abound - ocean adventures (to see dolphins anytime or whales in the winter months) rainforest walks, walks to waterfalls and local bush walks in local National Parks.. Two bikes are available for use..

There are many different eateries boasting various cuisines. There are markets in different nearby villages each Sunday and the renowned Mullumbimby Farmers Markets every Friday at Mullumbimby Showground, or the small New Brighton Farmers market each Tuesday - just 5 mins away (12min bike ride).

Live music is a speciality of the region with a great variety of venues and annual festivals (Byron's Bluesfest (Easter), Falls , Splendour in the Grass and Mullumbimby's Music festival (Nov) all just a short drive away, and Byron Bay Writer's Festival new venue (held in August) - is 10 mins drive away.
