Our Home For Exchange

Description of the home we are offering for exchange

After a 3 year break relocating and renovating we're pleased to come back to Homelink offering our spacious single level recently renovated secure apartment on level 2 (lift access) of a converted 1920s Woolstore Building. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom and walk in robe and our guest room has twin beds that convert to a kingsized double. The main bathroom has a bath tub. The kitchen is large, equipped for the keen cook and overlooks the open plan dining and living space with comfortable seating. We have a modern office area that leads to a sheltered terrace with seating. The apartment has efficient air-conditioning, ceiling fans and light filtering shutters to help comfortably manage Brisbane's sub tropical climate. There is a fully equipped laundry in the apartment.
There is a heated lap pool, gym and sauna on site, and off street parking for one car.

Our home is close to restaurants, shops, bars and pubs and exceptionally close to Brisbane riverside walk, public transport and city cycle hire. We have very friendly and helpful neighbours.
