Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our air conditioned home is a double storey 4 bedroom house, 2 bathrooms home & office which can comfortably sleep 8 people. We are an 800m walk to the beach and you can enjoy ocean, Island & harbour views from the kitchen, lounge, outdoor verandah & harbour views from the unground swimming pool.
Our home is comfortable, full of character & welcoming. Our kitchen has been designed with entertaining mind with a 5 burner gas stove, huge island bench & an easy to use coffee machine. Cook up a storm & enjoy your meals on our large dining table or on the front deck or poolside.

It is a quiet neighbourhood & you can enjoy a variety of activities on your doorstep. We are a stones throw from walking & bike tracks, Rosslyn Bay Shae our & Marina. A short drive to local shops & , 5 minute drive to Yeppoon CBD & close to local attractions & amenities.

From our house it is a short 800m walk to Lammermoor Breach where you can enjoy swimming & fishing all year round.
We are a 10 minute drive to Rosslyn Bay Harbour & Marina where you can catch the boat to Great Keppel Island. Only 30 minutes by boat! The Keppel Island group is part of Southern Great Barrier Reef where you can accessed secluded tropical beaches, swim in crystal clear water, snorkel, dive, kayak, paddle board, go fishing, hiking, or just relax under a shady tree & soak it all in.
