Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our home is set on 1.5 acres in a semi rural and peaceful area of the sunshine coast. We overlook farmlands, trees & rolling hills, its almost always green. We enjoy spending time on the back deck having a BBQ with friends and enjoying the view. The house is open plan with lots of natural light. Bedrooms are carpeted and living areas tiled. We keep everything very clean and would appreciate that anyone using our home do likewise.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our neighbours are a friendly group of people. We have quite an extended neighbourhood, offering a large variety in choices of activities and enjoyment, a 15 to 45 minute drive will take you to beautiful beaches like Coolum, Noosa and Mooloolaba. There's golf courses everywhere, great fishing spots. National Parks and Forest walks are all near by. Restaurants and cafes to keep the stomach happy.
We have an IGA supermarket 5 minutes drive away and Coles and Woolworths 10 to 15 minutes drive.
