Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
Port Elliot is linked to Goolwa at the mouth of the Murray River, by the first public railway built in Australasia. Designed to link the river with the ocean at Port Elliot, the line is currently operated as the steam-driven Cockle train.
Wine regions of MacLaren Vale, Langhorne Creek and Adelaide Hills are less than an hours drive. The Barossa Valley and Clare Valley wine regions care also accessible north of Adelaide.
Just over one hours drive to the centre of Adelaide which has been sited by Lonely Planet as one of the top ten cities in the World.
Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules
When exchanging with the northern hemisphere, non simultaneous exchanges work well as both parties can leave their winter behind and enjoy some nice weather!
