We are a recently retired couple and are planning to do home exchanges after many great home exchange holidays when our family was younger. Gareth was a Communications Director for an international organisation and Rosie a teacher. We decided to move to the Mornington Peninsula because we love the outdoors and there are lots of activities available. In half an hour there is a choice of beaches, walks winery restaurants and cafes. Melbourne is an hour away with its vibrant culture, cafes and restaurants and lots to do.

Quiet sandy beaches are five minutes drive away and it is a great base to explore the nearby Mornington Peninsula. This offers 60 vineyards, many with restaurants, great coastal scenery and lots of activities for all ages. The Moonlight sanctuary is a great place to see kangaroos and Koalas.
