Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
MANLY BEACH
Our house is on 3 levels, situated on a quiet street in Eastern Hills of Manly Beach. The entire ground level with its separate entrance consists of a fully self-contained, private flat with 2 large bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchenette and laundry. There is a large deck leading to a maintenance free landscaped garden.
The house is 3min walk to the famous Manly Beach and Shelly Beach and 7min from the National Park of North Heads.
It takes only 25min by Manly Ferry(5min walk from our place) to get to Opera House and Sydney CBD and its all attractions. There are bus services to big local shopping centre.
Local shops, water front cafes and restaurants, pubs, doctors and other services are all within 5 min walk.

The flat can be let out for exchange any time of the year as per agreement and preferably for a non- simultaneous exchange for our part
as this gives us a flexibility for travelling.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
The house is just a short walk away from Manly Beach and Corso shopping arcades with many cafes , restaurants . The wharf is nearby and there are frequently running ferries and jet boats to the city. In 25 min you are at Opera House and the City .The world famous beaches in Sydney Manly and Shelly Beach are just 3 min walk from our place at Addison Rd. There is a national park just around the corner with North Heads from where one can admire the pretty vistas of Sydney Harbour.

Short walk to beaches, cafes,restaurants ,hiking and bicycle tracks. The ferry transport to Sydney is close by. Large shopping center - Warringah Mall is just 10 min ride by bus.

The self-contained and very private flat for the swaps . The apartment has its own entrances and large garden. The flat ( 80 sq. m ) occupies the lower part of our 2 + story house.
