Description of the home we are offering for exchange
WE'RE AVAILABLE FOR EXCHANGE April/May, Sept/Oct
2-3 weeks mid April to end of May and September October 2024 for AUSTRALIA
Mandurah is a coastal town and we live in Mariners' Cove which is close to canals and waterways.
You can walk in the park opposite with lovely cafe just 20 minute walk or take a 40 minute walk (20 minute cycle, 10 minute drive) to waterfront cafes, shops and cinemas. Three large shopping centres are within ten minutes by car.
It's 10 minute drive to the new electric rail link to Perth City (about 45 minutes) or drive there in about an hour. There are trains from Perth to other cities including Subiaco and Fremantle which are worthy of day trips. Rockingham is 30 minutes North and the Port of Fremantle is another 30 minutes. The South West of Western Australia is easily accessible which includes the world renowned vineyards of Margaret River, surf beaches, eucalyptus forests and others tourists sites.
