2 bedroom apartment on first floor in KIRRIBILLI heritage home. The property adjoins quiet waterfront reserve. Main harbour glimpses. 5 minutes from Kirribilli ferry wharf and 6 minutes by Ferry to Circular Quay, Opera House etc. One car space available for small car.
Also (unlisted), AVOCA BEACH 2 bedroom holiday apartment, with headland and ocean views. Located in village, 2 minute walk to beach. As a separate exchange, we can offer this holiday apartment at Avoca Beach, 1.5 hrs north of Sydney. Avoca Beach is a sought-after weekend retreat for Sydneysiders. Photos and details can be provided. The Avoca Beach apartment is available all year.
