Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our home is in a Heritage listed area approximately 70 metres (82 yards) from Beaufort Street shops, supermarket, restaurants, Bars, Gym etc plus a 5-10 minute drive to Perth CBD.
The famous Swan Valley wineries are only a 20 minute drive away, where there’s wine tasting as well as many restaurants.
The Swan river is a 5 - 8 minute drive away or a 30 minute walk and our famous beach’s which are in abundance are a 20 -25 minute drive away ie Floreat, City beach, Scarborough etc etc.
Perths Optus Stadium is only 10 minutes drive or catch a Uber/Taxi (as this is a must see) classed as the worlds most beautiful stadium by architects and sports teams including Manchester United.
There’s the Mt Lawley golf club a 6 or 7 minute walk away from the house which is literally at the end of our avenue, plus heaps of tennis courts as well.
More importantly we are in a very quiet position but only 2 minutes or so walk from cafes and restaurants including Indian, Chinese, Thai, Nepalese, Japanese and Italian.
Perth peoples favourite pastime is going out for breakfast so being near to the cafes is a huge bonus.
The lifestyle in leafy Inglewood is one of charm and convenience + heritage listed houses with a beautifully old-fashioned suburban landscape - its unique, yet its proximity to major urban inner-city hubs ensures modern conveniences and requirements are met.
Inglewood's main commercial area is located on Beaufort Street and features retail facilities, cafes, bars, 2 wine bars, two pubs, a library, recreation centre and amenities only 100 -200 mtrs away.
The bus stop to the CBD is approximately 125 metres away and only takes around 10-15 minutes to our Capital city.
Once arrived you have 2 train stations and world class shopping, whatever your indulgence is - just enjoy our suburb and city.
