Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Dee Why is a friendly beachside suburb in Sydney. The apartment, which is over two levels, has a view of the beach and lagoon from the upper balcony. It is fully equipped with modern appliances. Public transport is accessible nearby. Wi-Fi available.
We are interested in a location which has shops and restaurants close by, and ideally a regular market. Reasonable access to walks and national parks would be a plus.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Our neighbourhood is a laid back beach suburb. There are 15+ restaurants/bars/coffee shops within 5 minutes walk, and good supermarket shopping about 15minutes walk away. Public transport is by bus, and runs from around the corner to Manly and to Warringah Mall - a large suburban shopping complex with major department stores and many smaller outlets.
