Situated at the end of a cul de sac, fully renovated home, inside and out, situated in Riverlakes Country Club estate, with swimming pool, tennis courts, tavern and local shopping centre.
Our one level detached home has 2 bedrooms plus study with wifi, queen sized main with ensuite and bunk beds in 2nd bedroom with family bathroom, large open plan living flowing out onto large undercover patio’s for those informal gatherings as well as an outside TV room. Inside/Outside living, including Spa/Jacuzzi, a must in our sub-tropical climate
The kitchen is brand new with a large stone bench and all new stainless steel appliances. A very private entertaining area at the back of the home where parrots visit regularly.
A Isuzu 4 x 4 and Hyundai Getz included in the exchange.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Cornubia is a leafy suburb 30 minutes south of Brisbane, the Capital of Queensland and 30 minutes north of the Gold Coast via the M1 which is readily accessed. Parrots live in the area and visit the garden most days.
Logan City, our local council region includes art galleries, entertainment centres, activities and much more. Check out the website: www.logan.qld.gov.au to see how active our council is.
Local shops are at the entrance to the Estate with coffee shops and supermarket. Major supermarket and regional shopping centre minutes away.

Our home is located in a small court within a golf course estate on the Logan River. The estate includes swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, playground, river walks as well as Riverlakes Golf Course and Tavern.

Four major theme parks are 20 minutes away, Movie World, Dream World, Wet 'n' Wild and Wild Water Park. Sea World is 40 minutes away with Australia Zoo on the Sunshine Coast is just over an hour. Wildlife Sanctuary's are located nearby if you want to cuddle a koala.
Brisbane City, capital of Queensland, is 30 minutes drive with great public transport.
The fabulous Gold Coast and further south to Byron Bay are within very easy reach.

Home is suitable for a couple , main bedroom has queen sized bed and ensuite, the second bedroom has bunk beds and a family bathroom. There is a 4 wheel drive included in the swap, but please no beach driving.
