Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
A very comfortable, near new ( 2019 ), three bedroom unit in a busy metropolitan area of Newcastle. Ten to fifteen minute walk from the cosmopolitan eating and shopping area of Hamilton. There are over 80 restaurants, cafes etc within walking distance. Close to beaches and vineyards.
Two hundred and fifty metres walk to Broadmeadow Railway Station.
Two bedroom - one king and one queen. Day bed in study if required for a single person.
Two brand new bathrooms
Small, automatic SUV available ( with GPS ) for use within NSW.
Sorry but unsuitable for toddlers or families with young children.
We are close to Broadmeadow Race Course and there is an excellent bistro-style pub two blocks down the road..
Beach towels and picnic basket available for use
