Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Semi-Modern 2-storey brick home, very well preserved, in Bracken Ridge, a quiet suburb 18 km north of the City Centre but still only 35 minutes away by a modern regular 15 minute bus service 50 metres from our door. Only 5 minutes drive to the foreshores of Moreton Bay at Sandgate foreshores with free BBQ and picnic facilities. About an hour north by the newly-upgraded M1 Motorway to the golden beaches of the Sunshine Coast, Noosa and the Scenic Rim, and about an hour to the South also via the M1, is the fabulous Gold Coast Tourist Strip with Theme Parks, Casino and more golden beaches.
