My home was completed in January, 2014. An hour from Melbourne, it has two spacious, separate, completely self contained living levels. Both levels have an open plan kitchen, living and dining area and two bedrooms. The downstairs 'apartment' is available for non-simultaneous exchanges. The bedroom downstairs has an ensuite and walk in robe.
This is a quiet home with a north orientation. My home is just off Melbourne Road about 3 minutes north of the large regional city of Geelong and about a 7 minute walk to a train station which is on the Geelong/Melbourne line. It is located in Rippleside opposite acres of public parkland and sports ovals and the historic bluestone Customs House. It is 300 m from the St Helens boat ramp and marina, 20 minutes to the Great Ocean Road and 25 minutes to the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula wine region. The historic town of Ballarat is about an hour's drive from here. It is 3 minutes from the freeway network which leads to anywhere you would like to go in Australia. It is also 15 minutes to Melbourne's second, and much less busy, airport with domestic and some flights to South East Asia.
