Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We are located 24 km from Melbourne CBD . 20 min by car and access to public transport. Our home consists of three bedrooms, study, Lounge/dining room, kitchen/family room, large outdoor entertainment area and Laundry. Main bathroom and separate toilet. Master bedroom with queen size bed and en suite Second bedroom with queen size double bed. Third bedroom is used for exercise room but can fit two single or one double bed. Separate ducted heated under floor and evaporate cooling in ceiling.
