Our home is situated in a small community of about 100 homes surrounded by National Park and ocean. There are wonderful opportunities for hiking, swimming, whale watching, fishing, kayaking and lots of other nature activities.

The historic regional city of Albany is 18km away. The area is well known for it's wineries and food with a famous weekly farmers market selling local cheeses, meat, fish, vegetables and other produce. The giant karri forests of Australia's south west are an easy drive to the west. Wildflowers are abundant in the area during spring, particularly in the Porongurup and Stirling ranges to the north.

The house has all the modern facilities including dryer, air conditioning, modern kitchen, microwave, washing machine and dish washer. A car is essential and we can make one of our cars (4WD or sedan) available for your use.

We have a small second home in Perth which enables us to do a non-simultaneous swap.
