Pin-drop quiet. A beautifully renovated apartment that has stunning south sunny exposures all-day.
Please pay attention.
We have a couple of fairly common New York apartment problems that can make your stay not as comfortable as you expect. It is a famous walk-up, no laundry apartment:) Which means:
1. 5th floor no lift.
2. We do not have a laundry room either in the apartment or in the house. It's one block away from us, but still not in an apartment or house.
