Located in the historical center of Florence, a delightful 100 square meters flat with decorated ceiling in a 17th century building, a few steps from S. Croce, the Duomo and the Sant'Ambrogio market. The apartment comfortably accommodates four (4) people with a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The apartment is located on the first floor, there is no lift.
There is no air conditioning, however the walls are very thick, being a building from the 1600s, there are fans available and a small portable air conditioning.
For those who arrive by car, we have no private parking and we are located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) but we have several street parkings in the immediate vicinity.
The neighborhood is elegant, cheerful and fun; the market of Sant'Ambrogio (Santa Croce) is a meeting place as well as being an excellent place to buy typical local food products. We are a 5 minutes walking from the Duomo and Santa Croce.
Buses stop to get to train station and airport is in front of the house.
