Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Large modern family house (1950, 2017) with garden- and huge roof-terrace, embedded in beautiful nature in northern Austria. 1 1/2 hour distance by car to Vienna & Linz. 1 hour to Krems, Danube/Wachau. 2 hours to Prague. The house has a spacious living room with a danish stove, two terraces, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. A two-car carport with one optional shared car is also avaliable.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
In the middle of woods and green, situated in a nice and quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to the old town with restaurants, bars, grocery, bakery, organic food markets with regional products etc…The region is famous for its lakes, which guarentees refreshment in summer and sometimes gets frozen in winter for skating. Also loved for its bicycle tracks where you can even cross the border to the Czech republic. You can reach many famous cities from here by car easily. This includes Vienna, Prague, Linz, the Danube/Wachau, South Bohemia/Czech republic with famous Ceske Krumlov etc.
