We had a wonderful week in this very spacious and beautifully decorated apartment. We were welcomed like kings. The family had even prepared delicious Christmas cookies. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The bus is less than a minute's walk away. Several food stores are on the course which was very convenient. It was very easy to reach the old town of Vienna, Schönbrunn or Grinzing. We really had a dream holiday in Vienna.

We loved Jeff and Jana's top floor apartment with lots of skylights and surprisingly private terrace overlooking a pretty hillside view where we saw a fox one evening and rabbits another! The location is great--close to Grinzing and some wonderful hikes, but super easy to get anywhere in the city with a bus stop just one minute away (we got week-long public transportation passes which were great). We also drove their comfortable car to Krems and the Wachau vallley for a day--a beautiful drive and cruise. All in all, a wonderful exchange--thank you, Jeff and Jana :-)
