Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Single-family residence in Monterey,CA. Approximately 1.2 miles from the city center in a quiet neighborhood. Relax in our large backyard or on our deck. Or enjoy the view over Monterey and surrounding cities/hills from our kitchen. This is coastal California with a temperate climate - summers are mostly cool and pleasant, winters see moderate rainfall and mild temperatures.
At the moment (Fall 2019), we're looking for an exchange in Germany (Baden-Wuerttemberg or Rheinland-Pfalz) for a duration between 4 and 10 weeks starting in December preferably.

Monterey is located on the Central California coast. The location is ideal to see the Monterey Aquarium, go on a whale watching cruise, or walk/bike along the coastal trail to see otters, seals, and other marine life. Rent a kayak for even closer views. Or go golfing in Pebble Beach. Drive to Big Sur for even more rugged coastline. San Jose and Silicon Valley are ~1.5 hrs away, San Francisco ~3 hrs.
