Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
HomeLinkers since 1994
Set in farmland with a mountain veiw stetching from PIkes Peak to the south, to the Wyoming border to the north, our 3000 sq ft home in the country is in the real west. It is sunny, with pleasant shade trees, birds, and a small cooling pool (16'x4' deep). Boulder is 15 minutes away, Denver is 45 minutes.
Good hiking is less than an hour from our house in Boulder (30 minutes) or Rocky MountainNational Park and other protected destinations. You can cycle on country roads right from our door. Tennis courts are within 10 minutes and golf courses within 15.
There are several classical and folk music festivals throughout the summer, and Boulder, and closer Longmont have very good restaurants of every variety imaginable. River rafting and horesback trips are also easily accessible. Wireless internet.

Our home backs onto government Open Space where no building is allowed. You have unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains, including 14,000' Long's Peak. We are the last house in our neighborhood so it is very private. Open farmland stretches out to the south and west.
